Vicky Fudge

I have been working in Physiotherapy for over 23 years now both for the NHS and independent sector. My specialism is in neurological conditions and developmental issues for children and young adults.
Through my hippotherapy I have started working with more adults with complex needs too and work at a residential home for adults with neurological conditions.
I am a highly motivated, health care professional who works effectively as a member of the multi-disciplinary team or independently. I am an enthusiastic professional with a love of children, and fascination with their development.
I have been qualified in hippotherapy for the last 10 years and recently set up an equine therapy centre with hippotherapy, rebound and physiotherapy sessions offered at our home with boutique accommodation if required. I also offer private physiotherapy at home or in schools as needed.
Andrew Ablett
I am Vicky's husband and the general manager at FudgePhysio.
I generally partner Vick with leading the ponies during therapy sessions and bring an element of fun as well.
I also oversee the accomodation and general maintenance here at the Vauld. I converted the stables to a physiotherapy room and undertook all of the renovations for the accomodation here. My key aim is to make sure your time here is perfect. If there is anything you require please ask.
We have three grown up children and we have lived at The Vauld for 2 years now. Previously we fostered children too and I have had an active role in Hippotherapy for most of the ten years we have worked together.

Bluebell is our main therapy pony and is perfect for the role. An absolutely calm, patient pony, Bluebell tolerates all the various manoeuvre's and exercise's children achieve on her back.

Bracken is mainly Bluebells companion but we do also use him for therapy sessions. Bracken has a long experience of children riding him and again has a perfect temperament

Poppy is our much loved 'well being' Shetland pony. She has an amazing temperament and loves a fuss and cuddle!
