ACCESSIBLE ACCOMODATION AT FUDGEPHYSIO
The 'Bee Happy' house at The Vauld
FudgePhysio is now proud to offer a beautiful addition to the centre. The 'Bee Happy House' is a 17th century stable complex that has recently been converted for clients to stay.
This area is particularly suited to people with accessibility requirements that can benefit from onsite therapy and tranquillity.
Recently the 'Bee Happy House' was used as a 'Step Down' facility by the NHS for a 6 week stay by a mother and her two daughters.
The 'Bee Happy House' offers the following:
Main room
- Low level access via a purpose built ramp.
- Extra wide front door for easy access
- Fully adjustable hospital bed
- Electric gantry hoist
- Ensuite bathroom with toilet, sink and a large access shower tray (we also supply a shower chair)
- Kitchenette with sink, fridge, cooker/hop and all the utensils you need
- Bed settee for clients who want to stay close by
- Its own Wifi throughout
Adjacent room
- Next door is a double bedroom that offers:
- A sumptuous double bed
- Dining area with a table and four chairs
- Chest of drawers
- Television
There is access to the front door with a vehicle and a large car park. The 'Bee Happy House' is situated within the stunning grounds of The Vauld. There are many walks, animals and countryside to enjoy. There is also two general grocery stores close by and a very good pub (that we get 20% discount on all food).
